All BBAA memberships include a listing on the BBAA website; access to information in the "Members Only section of the BBAA Website ~ a listing in the BBAA Lodging Guide ~ when the time arises, Members may list their Inns in the "For Sale" section at no additional cost ~ members may submit recipes for inclusion in the BBAA Cookbook ~ will receive the BBAA Newsletter ~ and will receive the required inspection.

The annual BBAA Membership is $160 plus $15 per room capped at 11 rooms.  The BBAA Board of Directors waived the $15.00 per room charge for all new members so if you are new to the BBAA, or have dropped your BBAA membership for more than 1 year, your first year of membership is $160.00.  For an additional nominal fee, a bed and breakfast will be listed in the Wedding section of the BBAA website.  The subcommitee will be contacted within 5 days regarding their application.

Requirements for joining:

  • Have no more than 20 rooms
  • Provide a breakfast
  • Have specified emergency and safety devices in the inn

There will be a separate fee for inspections.
If the property does not meet the inspection criteria, or you do no agree to implement the required changes, the inspection fee is non-refundable.
